The number of lifeguards needed for an event depends on several factors, including the size of the pool or swimming area, the number of participants, and the age and swimming ability of the attendees. As a general guideline, one lifeguard for every 25 swimmers is recommended for general events. 

In the event of a last-minute cancellation, our policy typically involves a cancellation fee to cover our lifeguards' pre-arranged logistics and reserved time. 

While you may not lose all your payments, we advise reviewing our cancellation policy to understand the specifics, as fees can vary based on how close to the event the cancellation occurs.

If you need to reschedule your event to a different date, we'll do our utmost to accommodate your new requirements without any additional cost, subject to our lifeguards' availability. 

We aim to be as flexible as possible to ensure your event goes smoothly, but we recommend providing new dates as early as possible to secure availability.

We strive to accommodate all requests, including providing a female lifeguard for your event, subject to availability. We understand the importance of comfort and privacy for our clients and will do our best to meet your requirements.
